Ordering:

Once an order is placed with KR Creatives, you have signed your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Designs:

Designs are copyright of KR Creatives. You, or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any part or way. KR Creatives may select your wedding stationery to be photographed for our website, social media pages or national magazines. If you would like to opt out of this, please state at the time of ordering. Designs that feature small parts and decorations are not suitable for children. Some of the designs are hand nished and as a result, slight variations between each item may occur.

Colours:

Colour on the screen will always look slightly different than the printed version. Similarly, your printer may not print exactly the same as the printers KR Creatives use. If you have provided a colour swatch, every effort will be made to match it as closely as possible. Due to the printing process, colour variation can occur between print runs. Therefore, colours may differ between your finished stationery and the original samples that you received. If you want the colour exactly the same throughout all of your wedding stationery, it is recommended that all of your wedding stationery is printed at the same time.

Card Stock:

KR Creatives print onto 300gsm white hammered textured card. Any foiled items will be printed onto 300gsm silk paper.

Payment:

All items must be paid in full before sending thefinal stationery to you.

Supply of Information:

Please ensure that the information supplied for your wedding stationery is your final draft and accurate to minimise amendment and the need for reproong. KR Creatives cannot be held responsible for any spellings or incorrect information sent by yourself.

Copyright:

It is your responsibility to get permission for any copyright material, for example, hymns, readings or images that are to feature in your stationery.

Proofs:

Proofs are free and sent as a PDF via email using the wording and colour agreed in your order. You are responsible for checking the PDF proof for layout, colour, dates, spellings and grammar. KR Creatives will endeavour to check this, however, if proofs are signed off by yourself with errors and are subsequently printed,
KR Creatives takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, these will be charged for in full. On review of the proof, if any amendments are required, changes must be emailed to KR Creatives straight away, the proof rechecked and signed offbefore going to print.

Timing:

Once your order has been received, and full payment has been cleared, KR Creatives will aim to contact you within 1-2 working day with a PDF proof of your personalised wedding stationery. Once approved, your finished stationery will be printed and delivered within 3 weeks. KR Creatives will keep you updated on your order.

Postage & Packing:

Delivery on all orders is tracked and will require a signature to provide proof of receipt. KR Creatives take extreme care in packing your stationery. In the unlikely event your parcel suffers damage,
please write ‘damaged’ when signing for the parcel and report this to KR Creatives within 24 hours via email.
Failure to do so will impede any claim that is made and will mean that KR Creatives cannot replace your items.
If ordering wedding day stationery alongside save the date cards, invitations, reply cards or thank you cards, the
wedding day stationery will be dispatched separately at a later date once you have confirmed your guest list.

Cancellations:

As your wedding stationery is personalised and tailored to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the nal proof cannot be refunded.
